New to yoga? Our beginner yoga classes are designed for individuals with little to no prior yoga experience. These classes focus on introducing the fundamental principles of yoga, including basic poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness practices. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, building a solid foundation, and moving at a slower pace to allow for learning and adjustment
Vinyasa yoga, often called "flow yoga," is a dynamic style that links breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence of yoga poses. The emphasis and synchronising breath with transitions between poses, creating a "moving meditation". This style is known for its variety and adaptability, with our instructors often creating unique sequences.
These classes are for those with more experience.
